My Services

Psychotherapy session type

Individual Sessions

In individual therapy, we will work together in a safe and confidential setting to explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

I am open to working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, from the elderly to the young, providing compassionate care and support for any kind of problem. My approach is sensitive to the cultural features that influence each person's healing process, ensuring that therapy is tailored to your specific background and needs. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or other personal issues, individual therapy provides the support and guidance needed to achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Additionally, I am dedicated to helping caregivers navigate burnout and process traumatic experiences, offering them the extra support they need in their demanding roles.

Psychotherapy session type

Group Sessions

Group therapy is my primary area of expertise, honed over nearly three decades of working with diverse and multicultural groups, beginning with trauma groups in the aftermath of 9/11 and expanding internationally to assist survivors of various disasters and conflicts.

Through these experiences, I have developed a deep understanding of the collective healing processes and the power of shared experiences. In group therapy, the healing effects are profound; individuals find solace in knowing they are not alone in their struggles, and the shared environment fosters empathy, support, and mutual growth. The group dynamic encourages open communication, self-exploration, and the development of coping strategies, ultimately leading to a stronger sense of community and personal resilience.

Additionally, I offer consultations for organizations that have experienced traumatic events, helping to rebuild group cohesion and support systems within the workplace.

Psychotherapy session type

Couples Sessions

Couples therapy offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your relationship and address challenges in a supportive and understanding environment. Whether you are newly together or have been in a long-term relationship, I am open to working with couples from all walks of life. In our sessions, we will explore communication patterns, resolve conflicts, and enhance emotional intimacy, helping you build a healthier and more satisfying partnership. Couples therapy can provide the tools needed to navigate issues such as trust, infidelity, parenting, and differing life goals.

My approach is inclusive and respectful of the diverse experiences and backgrounds that each partner brings to the relationship. Together, we will work towards fostering mutual understanding, empathy, and a deeper connection, empowering you to move forward with greater harmony and resilience.
